Circ de soleil "O"

Our first night in Vegas we got to see "O". It was an amazing show if you have the chance to see it you should. Brian even loved it.
They have a Circ shop with different masks that were like the ones in the show. Brian and I couldn't resist trying them on!
Even the curtain for the show was amazing. When the show started these curtains turned into big long ribbons and drifted back stage. Can you say AMAZING!

Aunt Linda and Mom
This acrobat came out of ceiling. You couldn't pay me to do that. After these pictures you weren't allowed to photograph. But it was amazing and definitely worth seeing. Darin went to see David Copperfield and got pulled onstage. He said a Buick disappeared and he was standing right there and still doesn't know how it happened.

The fountain at the Bellagio has to be one of my favorite things in Vega. It is so pretty!

The Bellagio..

We stayed in the Bellagio in Vegas and it was so pretty. I have never stayed in this nice of a hotel before. It was nice to have a valet park your truck and bell boys take your luggage up. Not to mention the giant bath tub in the room.
These blown glass flowers are on the ceiling at check in. Aren't they pretty.

This is in the foyer of the bellagio I just wanted to sit and take it all in.

Sorry all this will be backwards, bare with me!

Krissa's poetry recital..

Krissa had a poetry recital at school tonight. They had to memorize a poem and then they sang a song and did some self written poems. It was very cute and she did a great job.

Hey baby lets go to Vegas...

I'm more than a little excited to go to Vegas this weekend. The whole point in going to start with is my brother Darin is getting married. But it has turned into a two night weekend away from the kids for Brian and I. Brian's parents have graciously agreed to come to our house and watch the kids while we get away to Vegas (Thanks again guys). We are going to see the show "O" the first night and then the second day I get to see my friend Carrie for lunch. Yeah. Then Saturday night I get to see something I often wondered would happen. Yep that's right Darin is getting married. We are so excited for him and happy to welcome Tamra into the family. Thanks for the excuse for a Vegas get away!
Las Vegas
Dive into a watery world of theatric brilliance. One part lavish opera and one part aquatic spectacle, O delivers a stunning mix of circus acts, performing arts, and choreography—all of it set in, on, and above 1.5 million gallons of water.

The opera says that the pink pig is free...

That's the chorus of this song if you can understand it...

Does this chair make my but look big?

Paislee thought it was hilarious when Krissa put her in the doll high chair. I was just worried we were going to have to get the jaws of life to get my chubby baby out!

Pheasant Hunting with the family and Girls day!

Brian and all his brothers except one, his dad, Brady and nephew Zach all went pheasant hunting today. They said they had a great time!

L-R Shawn, Mitchell, Zach, Larry, Brady, Brent

Since the boys were going hunting. Krissa helped me clean the house and then we went to the mall and had lunch at the cheesecake factory. Once we got home we decided to do pedicures on each other. Krissa thought it was hilarious when she was massaging my foot and it really tickled. I drew the line when she wanted to cut my toenails but I did let her paint them!

I don't want your stinking dog bed...

I'll take a chair thank you very much....
Sammy has an overstuffed dog bed in the garage. So I was a little surprised when I went in the garage to see her sitting perfectly on this fold up chair. Makes you wonder how she got on it and got settled without it folding up=) The even funnier thing is I went out a half hour later and she was still sitting there!

Getting a little excited for summer...

It was so nice this weekend Brian pulled out the snow blower and helped the process along to get the snow off our lawn faster.
Even the kids joined in!
We bought this basket ball since the house we are renting has a hoop. And would you believe it kept brady outside and away from video games for quite awhile=)

Paislee thought she was pretty big on her own bike. Even though she doesn't no how to make it go! See Brian I told you it would be worth it to hold on to the trike and this bike for 6 years. haha

All dressed up and (apparently) no place to go..

Can I just start off by saying I don't go to church as often as I should and I did check the Internet to make sure there was church today. That being said I went to church and no one was there. I still don't know why and it just makes me miss my faithful friends in bellevue who kept me in the loop on things that were happening in church. There is nothing that can ruin your day like talking yourself and the kids into getting up getting all ready driving to the church and not being able to go in=( So since my kids looked really cute dressed up in their Sunday best I thought I would at least let my blogger friends see them since no one else did=) And if anyone else has any advice on making sure there is church. Other than looking on the web site I would greatly appreciate it=)
Doesn't paislee look older with her hair all done in these pig tails.
Krissa in her dress that was originally $30 and I got on sale for $9 can you say bargain.
My boy looked so handsome in yellow!
I snuck and took this picture while Krissa was trying to get paislee to say all the words she was saying. It looks more like she is saying "Say ahhh"
Just last year I never thought I would be able to get her hair in this many pig tails.
