Hope of America
Every year Alpine School district gets all the 5th graders from the district and they put together the hope of america. I had never been before but I was really impressed. Their was a lot of singing patriotic songs and other entertainment. Krissa did a great job and it was really cool to see how all the kids ended up making an american flag.
Funny Kids
I just need to write down a few funny things the kids have said before I forget it.
Paislee was at the neighbors house and said. Don’t tell my mom I asked for a candy. Because she would not like that a bit. My neighbor said ok and she said good that helps a lot.
Brady was emptying the dishwasher and every time he pulled out something shiny he would look at his reflection and say “Lookin good buddy”.
When I was in St. George with my sister. We were in line to get a pretzel. Apparently my sis was staring into space and happened to be staring at Paislee. Paislee told her could you please stop staring at me.
Brady is in soccer and I noticed his shin guards were pretty tight. I asked him after practice if they were to tight or if they were ok. He said “they were ok once I got past the pain.”
As we were eating Paislee all the sudden said Pip Pip Cheerio. I have no idea where she gets this stuff.
I was hugging paislee goodnight and she said “I know what you usually say if we don’t stay in our beds” I said what. She said “you say for the love of god go to bed”.
As we were driving to St. George I was showing Krissa that you can plug your nose and blow and your ears will pop. I forgot she had a runny nose. But I quickly remembered when snot came out her nose and eyes. It was disgustingly funny.
Brian took the kids fishing and when he caught a fish and lost it he said god d$#% it. Well Paislee then reeled in fish a few minutes later. As she lost that fish she said god d$%# it. I guess she thought that is just what you said when you lost a fish. Thankfully Brian corrected her.

St. George
The kids and I went down to St. George this week for spring break. We had a great time. Eating, playing, Eating, going to the park, and eating some more. I love my sis and her kids it was one of those vacations where I was truly sad to go home. As you can see I also love her baby colton. I wanted to pack him in my bags but Tiff wouldn’t let me.

Cute Baby Colton
Nathan and Brady playing video games for the 400th time over the week.
The only picture I got of Jacee. He is definitely your typical 16 yr old. The only time he really talked to me was when I let him drive me somewhere. =)
We had so much fun all the kids were falling asleep at dinner time. =)

I can’t wait to go back this summer. Thanks for letting us stay sissy!

Breakfast in Bed
I woke up Monday morning to this breakfast made by my kids. The eggs were perfect and so was the muffin. I find it has really paid off to teach them how to cook a few things. I love them.

Easter 2012
We did an Easter egg hunt with the neighbors the day before Easter. In my opinion these are the best easter egg hunts I hate the ones where there are a million people and my kids get like one candy.
Paislee is just a little excited that there was a barbie in the egg hunt.
All the kids. Krissa, Brady, Kade, Kinzie and Paislee
The Easter bunny loot. The kids also got a sprinkler and some sidewalk chalk from Grandpa Shawn.
My pretty girl in her new Easter dress.
My little princess.
I may be biased but I think I have some stinking cute kids.
Handsome little man.
Goofy Boy.
Handsome guys.
