Since we are trying to soak as much summer in as we can me and the kids went up to Alturas again today with some friends. The weather was great and Kristin even got to bury Sheena in the sand. Notice how she gave her a little extra sand on the top=) On our way home Brady was talking about a baby that had been walking around naked. He said "I could see her bum and her bagina" I said well she is just a baby so its ok. He said "Well I bet when people show her pictures when she gets older she will be embawassed."

Riding bikes with my Boy
I have been wanting to try to ride bikes from Ketchum to Bellevue for a while and since I spent all day yesterday drinking pop and eating candy by the lake I thought today would be a great day to do it. Brady was the only one who wanted to come (well Paislee did but that would have meant me pulling her and I didn't want to) so we had Brian drop us off about half way between Ketchum and Hailey (around 11 miles from home) and we rode home to Bellevue. We did make a lot of stops to get drinks and as Brady said “lets look at the scenery”. And we stopped at McDonald's for lunch even though Brady said “I hate McDonalds hamburgers but I love their toys”. But all the way home he never complained. I was so happy to hear him say a couple time how fun it was riding bikes with me. We will have to do this more often.
Brady after he asked me to dump the last of the water on his head=)
Alturas with friends
We had been talking about going to Alturas for the day for awhile. So when we heard our friends the Adams family (not da na na snap snap ) Dawn and and Nate and their kids were going we decided to go together. We took the boat so the guys got to fish a little and everyone got to ride in the tube and when we weren't doing that we were just relaxing by the lake. What a great day!
The guys even took all the kids on one trip and left Dawn and I on shore to relax=) Olivia was nice enough to let Paislee sleep on her on the way back to shore.
Even though Nate fell off the tube before it even moved, after that he lasted a long time. All the kids thought he was pretty awesome.
Paislee was pretty tired at the end. I guess that means it was a successful day=)

Happy Birthday Krissa and Summer Library
Krissa had a great day. First she got to see all her friends at the summer reading program ending party. Then she got to have her friend Jessie over for a sleep over. She ended up with lots of presents to make crafts and a Edward from twilight Barbie doll which she has been asking for . (even though she hasn't even seen the shows=)
All the kids got a book and a certificate just for doing the program but Krissa and Brady got extra prizes for top readers. Which is great but its even better for Brady since last year at this time he couldn't even read. Good job guys=)
Grandma Ann sent Krissa some clothes and another funny card made out of cut up pictures of the girls in our family. As you can see from Krissa’s face she thought it was hilarious. Krissa also got a phone call from Grandma Terrie to say happy birthday and that money for a earring making kit was on the way. Krissa is so excited=)
