Im a princess

I hope you can see this ok. I had to video it by playing it on the TV. I'm telling brady to say I'm a princess while dressed up in krissa's dress up stuff and instead he says pussy. Its a the very end when it shows a close up of his face. I hope you can hear it because it is hilarious. He was almost 2 in the video. I am totally sending it to America's funniest home video's. Do you think we will win?:) Its better if you pause my other music and then turn up the volume. By the way he would be humiliated if he knew I shared this on my blog. I told him I was going to send it in to Americas funniest videos and he suggested that i send some other video.

Clear Creek Fish Hatchery!

Brian, Brady and Brians friend Doug took the boat out fishing for the first time this weekend in Hagerman. They didn't catch anything but they did stop by the fish hatchery to see these sturgeon, rainbow and carp fish. Brian said this hatchery was actually pretty cool with an observation window below the pond. Brady seemed to really like it.

Flash Back Friday

This is a picture of krissa on her first day of kindergarten. I just love this picture with her waving and the bus in the background. It still makes me want to cry.

April Fools!

So I finally got someone on April fools day. Brian has recently gotten a hunting dog to train and this morning it had some diarrhea before he went to work. Anyway I called him at work and told him his dog was really sick and wouldn't eat and was barely moving. I asked should I take him to the vet. Brian said It wouldn't be a bad idea. I said maybe not if it wasn't April fools day. Can you guess what he did next. Yep he hung up on me:) haha

Child proofing 101

Looks like I will be needing to get some child locks for the entertainment center!

But so far I don't need a baby gate for the stairs. All I need is chicken dance elmo standing watch. I put him on the stairs and paislee won't go near it. Even if she hears him singing anywhere in the house she freaks out. So thanks to elmo I won't have to lug over a baby gate for awhile.

Spring?

My tulips are coming up this has got to be a sign that spring is near right?

Creme cheese stuffed Cinnabundt

I made this yesterday and it is just to delicious not to share!

20 Rhodes Bake and Serve Rolls, thawed on the counter for about 1.5 hours
1 lb. light brown sugar
2 sticks salted butter
4 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
In a bowl, combine cream cheese with 1/4 cup brown sugar and combine well with spatula. Cover and place in refrigerator.
Lightly coat bottom of bundt pan with cooking spray.
Melt butter, then add remaining brown sugar and stir well. Bring to a light boil to caramelize then pour 1/3 of the butter/brown sugar mix across bottom of bundt pan.
Remove cream cheese mix from refrigerator. Take one roll at a time into your hands and pull outward on sides to increase size slightly. Place approximately 1 Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture into middle of roll. Fold dough around the mixture, pinch closed, then roll into a tight ball. Evenly place 8 balls across bottom of bundt pan.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. of sugar/cinnamon.
Pour second 1/3 of the brown sugar/butter mixture over 8 buns.
Repeat process with remaining 12 dough balls for second layer. First the dough balls, 2 Tbsp. sugar/cinnamon and finally the remaining butter/brown sugar mix.Let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour then bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
You may need to lay a piece of foil over top of pan after 40-45 minutes if buns start looking well done.
Remove from oven then immediately turn over onto large plate. Remove bundt pan. Serve warm or room temperature.

Bowling

Ben, Paislee, Brian, Dan, Jelina, Carrie, Livi and Josh

Our friends the Rands invited us and some other friends to go bowling for their little boy Bridger's birthday. It was so much fun. My poor kids had never even been bowling before, I guess we need to get out more! Brady even said "you only can go bowling when its someones birthday huh mom."

Brady and his friend Colton
Brian showing off his skills!
The little boys waiting their turn. We had three lanes two for the kids and one for the adults. The little boys side actually did pretty good at taking there turns without being prompted. The only problem was one little boy dropped a ball on Brian's foot and then when Brady was putting his ball away it bounced up and hit Brian in the shin. Ouch!

Flash Back Friday

I just love this picture of Brady and I wish I could post the video that I took of him in this dress. I was telling him to say I'm a princess and in his little baby voice it sounds like he was saying "I'm a pussy." This picture just makes me smile every time!

Pg 123 sentence 5.

My friend Carrie tagged me! You're supposed to get the book closest to you or the one you are reading currently and turn to page 123 sentence 5. I am currently reading "The friends we keep". So my sentence said.
"How often do you do laundry?" I know kinda boring but that's what it says.
I tag tiff, and anyone else who wants to do this!

Girls night out!

Carrie and Shalise

Kristin and Jeni being a little to friendly:)

Amy, Kristin, Shalise, Jeni

I went out last night with my friends for a girls night out to davinci's for dinner. Then to albertsons for chocolate cake (and to see creepy cashier guy) then to Amy's for a little twilight movie checkup on the net and a little american idol on t.v. We had a lot of fun and I can't wait to do it again.

My best friend

I was helping my best friend Ralaina set up her own blog and she had this cute picture of her family on there so I decided to steal it and put it on my blog. We don't get to see each other much. (Last time was probably 3 years ago.) But we talk often and we have been best friends since kindergarten. And for all of you making fun of my graduation picture she is the one with the equally as big of hair standing next to me :)

Paislee's first tooth?

Paislee got her first tooth while we were on vacation. If you think these pictures are bad you should try getting a picture of a tooth in a 10 month olds mouth. I promise there is a tooth there.

Thanks Sissy!

Thanks Sissy for the great time we had in St. George. You were great to show us around and give us a tour of Zions and all the other fun places. You even let me use your hair dresser. (Even though she kept saying how your hair was thicker than mine). I guess I will get over it. We had a great time and I already miss you. Thanks!!

Picture of Tiffs beautiful and warm house!

Zion National Park

Brady, Krissa, Nathan, Brooklyn, Jacee.
Krissa and Brooklyn fell at the start of the first hike. Leaving brooklyn with
a band aid on her chin and krissa with one on her knee. But we managed to push
along and have a great time.

I bought new scandals for the walk which you shouldn't do
because now I have new blisters to match.

Paislee fell asleep on the river walk in Zions. Brian was a trooper
and kept her on his back the whole hike. Thanks Babe!
Look at the kids in shorts in march!
