Camping Magic Reservoir

We went to Magic Reservoir Friday to camp and relax and it made me realize why I love camping. The kids have nothing to do but make huts and ride bikes and fish. It was sooo nice.
This is where Paislee spent 90% of her time while we were there. In the dirt=)
Mowgli or Mo ugly as Brian lovingly calls his hunting dog=)
Even this boy (who as you can see by his shirt loves video games) played the whole time riding his bike and fishing with dad=) Just a side note on the drive to camping I was telling Brady how he was lucky to be the only little boy in our family and he said "yeah I'm glad I don't have to be a gull (girl) and have babies" I said yes but you will get married and your wife will have kids and he said "yeah I don't know if I will maiwee (marry)." I love his little accent.
The kids out finding wood for their fort.
The weather was awesome. I spent most of my time reading a book and just watching the water.
All these pictures of penny make me sad. As you can see on her hip she has a large growth on her hip where her cancer is =(
Brian riding Brady's bike =)
My little organizer girl setting things up for Smore's.

By the way reeses on Smore's are delicious.
I don't know how this little girl is going to handle it when penny passes. She is her little pal.
What do you do when you forget syrup for the pancakes? You improvise and add the left over Hershey bars. They turned out delicious.
The official Peatross family egg cracker =)
The official Peatross family goof ball. I swear this kid won't let me take a picture without him pulling a face first.
Don't these look delicious. Brian doing what he loves. Fishing...
Fishing on his ASS boat. That's right our boat is officially the ass boat. Brian had his friend make the lettering for his boat. It was supposed to be just as but this guy knowing Brian added another s and now our boat says ass on the side=)
While Brian took Brady and Paislee fishing I told Krissa we were going to go for a bike ride. When I got on Brady's bike Krissa said "this is embarrassing". I guess the "my parent is embarrassing years" have already begun. Brady and Paislee still thought it was pretty cool that I gave them rides on the pegs of Brady's bike=)
The kids playing on the bunk bed in the camper.

This is the face you get when you combine lots of sunscreen and even more playing in the dirt=)
Family doggie pile
Krissa told us to pretend we were sleeping.

Mothers Day weekend 2010

The inside and outside of the card Brady made me=)
Before we left for Utah on Friday krissa gave me her present. It was a jewelry box she made and really nice card. I loved it. She also gave me a CD of all the piano songs she has learned in the last few months.
On Saturday we headed out to Duchesne to see Brians mom. When we got there they had a little stepping stone craft set up for the kids. The kids and I loved it. Brian wasn't so in love with the idea because now I'm going to make him get some concrete so we can make some for our own flower beds. Thanks Terrie they had a blast.

Krissa also spent most of the day making earrings with Grandma Terrie. I think she came home with 5 new pairs and a necklace. She was in heaven.

Dad helping Krissa put her hand prints in the stepping stone.

Paislee and Grandpa Shawn

Me and my cute kids. I'm one lucky mom.

and I'm even luckier to have this good looking guy as my husband=)

And really lucky to have this beautiful woman as my mommy=)

Krissa's finished stepping stone.

Paislee didn't mind getting her hands dirty but when it came to the feet prints she wasn't in love.

Krissa, Brady and Paislee's hand prints.

Brady on the other hand loved putting his feet in the concrete.

Brian and his mom Terrie. On the way home Brian stopped and bought me 5 hanging baskets for my porch. It makes my heart happy to sit on my porch and have beautiful flowers surrounding me. Thanks babe I love them.
