My Big Girl=(

After I got paislee ready for school this morning I stood back and thought wow she looks so grown up. Its amazing how it seems overnight they turn from toddler to little kid. It’s a good thing she still has that 4 year old sense of humor. Here are a few things she has said….

We were waiting for Krissa to be done with Piano and Paislee said “why do we have to wait so long. Don’t you know I had plans for today.”

We were walking through the mall and she said “Sometimes I just want to squeeze Colton’s cheeks” (Colton is her cousin)

As we were driving to school she said “Ashlynn’s mom is so funny. We should go visit them.”

“When are you going to make cookies, I haven't  had any in 30 years.”

As we were leaving preschool the other day she ran ahead and yelled back “so long suckers'"

Dylan’s Birthday 13

Since Dylans Birthday was sunday we decided to take him out on saturday to celebrate. First we hit in and out burger and then we were going to go bowling, but it was a tournament. So luckily nickel kade was right next door.

Me and Dylan. I seriously love this kid. He has been through a lot in the past year and is such a great kid.

Dylan looks so much like his dad in a lot of these pictures.  And if you know him you know he acts a lot like his dad too. =)

I’m pretty sure Brady was in heaven in this place.

Happy Valentines Day

Our cute kids. I had to take this picture quick because Krissa did not like Brady having his arm around her. I guess she wasn’t feeling the love. haha

I got Brady this shirt to wear on Valentines. When he came out of his room he did a little dance and sang. “I’m sexy and I know it”. Gotta love him=)

Crafty Dad & Son

Since the girls had been trying to get Brian to replicate the doll bed I got them at Ikea and Brady needed to make a tool box to pass off some scout stuff. We went to Lowes and got the supplies.

They did a great job. Can you tell which is the Ikea bed and which one they made? They made the one Krissa is holding.

Then they moved on to Brady making a tool box.

He wasn’t as thrilled about the nail gun. haha

Valentines Day Cards

I just had to share my kids valentines day cards this year. I got the idea off pinterest and my sis was nice enough to design them on her print shop. I love how they turned out.

Cousins

My sister Tiff came down for a few days it was so great to see her and her kids. We got to have one stay over for each night of the weekend. I wish they lived closer. I also wish I would have gotten pictures of all of her kids. But I was too busy enjoying my time with them.

Cute Colton. He seriously has some major chubbiness and some gorgeous hair. I love him.

Brady and Nathan spent a lot of time on the video games but they don’t get to see each other often so it was ok.

Happy Adoption Day Krissa 2012

If Adoption doesn’t make you believe in Destiny and God. I don’t know what will. Our little Krissa was destined to be in our family and I know God had a hand in it. 9 years ago today we adopted our sweet little girl.

Paislee

Not to mention that Chewy has found a new best friend. I always knew chewy was part cat.

I actually have a picture from when I was little of my kitten in my doll house back then. Oh yes I loved cats when I was a kid. I’m not sure where the love went. But its starting to come back as I see Paislee playing with the cat and well with 1 Cat we have 0 Mice that’s enough for me to let the cat stay. =)

This little girl loves baby dolls. Seriously she probably has over 20 dolls and plays with them all. Out of the blue the other day paislee asked me “mom is it hard being a mom” I said sometimes but its also a great job. Then she just walked away. Its so funny what goes through a 4 year olds mind.

Ice Fishing

We woke up on Saturday and decided to go out to the basin for the day. First we stopped at the Sage Brush Inn in Tabby and got a Cheeseburger and Cheese fries (for some reason they always hit the spot yumm). Then we headed to Duchesne and Starvation Reservoir for some ice fishing.

Last time we went ice fishing we had a manual ice auger. This time we had Brian’s auger with a motor. It was soo much nicer. I’m pretty sure Brian enjoyed not having to spend the hole time drilling holes.

The kids spent a lot of time sliding on the ice…

and eating snacks=)

and searching for fish….which we never caught. But hey it was fun anyway=).
