"The Nut Cracker"

Krissa informed Brian and I that she and Brady had put together a performance called the nutcracker for us to watch after dinner. She pretty much read us the note above( I love how it says you better be warmed up because there won't be any breaks during the performance) along with some stories. And then they both skated around the room on one roller skate. I'm still not sure why it was called the nutcracker but it was cute none the less.

Twilight Movie Party at My House! Part 2

So of the people who are planning on coming to the party. What are you thinking we should do while your here? I have heard things like coming down Thursday and going to the spa and movie on Friday and then shopping on Saturday. I have heard come down Friday go to dinner and movie and then shopping on Saturday. Any other ideas? What are you plans? Even if you are still not sure if you are coming. What are some ideas that you have?

Twilight Movie Party at My House!

OK time to fess up people. As everyone knows I have offered up my house for a twilight movie party on the 21st. Since that day is only 31 days away, I thought I would start asking who is really planning on coming. No maybes, No I'm not sure. I want to hear yes I will be there with bells on. Visit to Bellevue and GNO

We went to Idaho this weekend to visit friends and so Brian could go duck hunting. The girls were so nice to put a Girls Night Out together since Jeni and I were both going to be there. We went to dinner and then back to Michelle's for treats and later after I left they got the karaoke out. It was great to see everyone, but it made me a little sad when I left our little town. Its amazing how attached you become to friends after only 3 years. Maybe its because they are such a great group of friends! Thanks guys!!

Hailey Park and Lunch with Friends

We went to the Hailey park because it was a beautiful day and because the kids have always loved it there.

Here we are at lunch with my friend Amanda and her little baby Luci. It was so great to see them and after lunch I went with Amanda and Luci and made these cute earrings. See I am kinda crafty!

P.S. Thanks for watching my kids that night Amanda, it was so nice to feel like I was home again and we were watching each others kids and all is the same. To bad that ended when I drove home. Remember if you ever need a babysitter in Utah I'm all yours!

Miss Independent

Paislee has become little miss independent lately. I tried giving her pieces of this hamburger which she wanted nothing to do with it. She was throwing her arms around and crying. The minute I gave her the whole thing she shut right up and shoved it in her face. This also happens if you try to give her a broken up sandwich or just one cracker (versus the whole bag). She is getting big way to fast!

Brady sometimes says the funniest things. Lately when he walks up to me he will say "well hello little layday (lady). And today I opened the door for he and Krissa to come in after school. Krissa said brady hurry. Brady said "I'm coming woman." If your wondering why he looks so afraid in the picture above its because I was having him pose right when he saw a spider (or as he calls it a spideh) crawling down towards him.

Pheasant Hunting

Krissa saw the pheasants and said "yum can we have pheasant nuggets".
That's right I made pheasant nuggets last year and the kids loved them. I tried them but I couldn't make myself love them it was just a little weird eating a pheasant! Anyone have any good pheasant recipes?

Paislee loves her baby dolls. Her newest thing is she won't start eating unless she has at least two dolls by her side. If you don't give them do her she just sits there and says baby,baby,baby over and and over again. I have gotten to the point of hiding the dolls from her site before I put her in the high chair.

My friend Jeni made up this tag. I thought it was pretty cute. So here goes.

1. What gives you the heeby jeeby's? Sand paper, Either me touching or even seeing someone else use it makes me want to puke! Also the feel of flour. ewww2. Who or what would you not want to meet in a dark alley?Just any scary person who wants to hurt me!

3. What movie did you think was the scariest movie when you were a kid? Poltergeist

4. What do you think is the scariest movie now? I don't know I haven't seen one in years. I hate scary movies
5. What scary movie character creeps you out the most? The preacher from poltergeist (can't you just hear him singing "god is in his holy temple")
6. What scares you after the sun goes down?Pretty much just the dark and what could be lurking in it.

7. What was your biggest fear when you were a kid? Getting taken by aliens. I would pray every night that they wouldn't come down and take me!

8. What is your biggest fear now?Losing a loved one. Sometimes I feel like my life is pretty good and I'm just waiting for something bad to happen!

10. What was the scariest prank someone has ever pulled on you? I really hate to be scared and Brian often acts like he is going out in the garage and hides in the closet just before the garage. As I walk by he jumps out. But that is not the scariest. When I was interning to be a medical assistant I lived with my sister and her husband. I went to my room one night and opened the closet and there was my brother in law Marco in an old man mask yelling BOOO! I think I ran clear out to the street ! They still laugh about that!I tag anyone who reads this!

Visitors

Brians brother Brent and his son Zach came to see where we lived from evanston. It was great to see them and show them around. Thanks for coming guys!

Luci and Paislee

Amanda and Luci came to see us since they were in town. I have to admit that when I saw Amanda get out of her car I got big tears in my eyes. Brian's said "don't be crying or she won't want to play with you anymore." We had a great visit, the minute she walked in the door it was like I had just seen her the day before. I love you Amanda thanks so much for stopping by!

Pheasant Hunting!

Brian and I went and picked up Mowgli today from pheasant valley where they were training him to be a hunting dog. It was a good day that would have been a little better if it hadn't been raining the whole time! As we were driving about 20 minutes from our house it was snowing. That is not a good sign!

Side note: This is what Brady told me in the car today. "Mom next time we order pizza tell them to put mushrooms and pepperoni on it. But tell them not to get the mushrooms out of the grass, because those are poison and will kill us! Ok mom"
